"I am very disappointed with my experience on the Gehna. Their buy-back or exchange policy is nonexistent. They are highly non-responsive in spite of regular follow-up. On top of that, the bracelet I received is not good at all. The craftsmanship is extremely poor, especially considering this is supposed to be a gold product. For a premium item, I expected quality, but what I got felt completely substandard. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend buying from Gehna at all"
