Q: I like the concept but would like to customize my own box? Can I do it?
A: Yes! Ofcourse, you are your best stylist. Gehna understands its customers well and we are always flexible with your creations. We would love to see you customize your own box. Drop us a message here and our team would be happy to help you.
Q: With the current situation, am curious to know your hygiene standards at your store and products?
A: At Gehna we are strict about the well-maintained sanitized store and products. We have a strict protocol for quality control and product hygiene standards before they are packed and shipped to the customer.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy for the boxes?
A: All silver Boxes as part of this campaign have free exchanges. We do not accept returns on the boxes. The exchange will be accepted only if it is informed within 2 days from the date of delivery. Once you reach out to us, We will help you find a replacement.
Q: Can I buy individual products from the boxes?
A: Yes, you're most welcome to shop for individual pieces. You can browse through our Silver Earrings & Silver Pendant designs.
Q: How are your orders shipped? Are they secure?
A: All our products are safely packaged in a tin box and wrapped securely. The packages will be shipped and delivered vide our logistics partner BlueDart and the tracking number will be emailed to you. Our parcels are insured and it's our responsibility until delivered.
Q: Does your Silver Jewelry Tarnish?
A: All our Silver Jewelry undergoes an Anti-Tarnish coat. We advise you to keep the silver jewelry in airtight covers to avoid any tarnish. Please also do not use perfumes, soaps or make-up on the jewelry.
